Before You Begin

Having a few things ready will help you move through the application smoothly:

Your child's full legal name, gender, birthdate, and birthplace
A digital copy of your child's birth certificate to upload (file size up to 256 MB)
Your home address and contact details, including phone and email
The name, grade, and address of the school your child currently attends

Good to know: a non-refundable $275 application fee applies and includes the entrance exam, which is required for students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade.

How the Application Works

The application is divided into four steps so it never feels overwhelming. You can use “Save and Continue Later” at any point and pick up right where you left off. Step 1 collects your child’s core information, shown in detail below. The remaining steps continue within the same secure form until you reach the final submission.

Minaret Academy serves students from Preschool and Pre-K through 8th grade. Please select the grade your child will be entering.

Our administration will contact you to schedule an interview with the Principal and, where required, the entrance exam. Admission decisions are then sent directly to parents.
